Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Orders shipped within 3 days of order date will be charged to your account, in full, at time of shipment.
Special order items shipped later than 3 days of the order date will be charged to your account as follows:

  • 50% at time of order.
  • 50% at time of shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders from within Canada will be shipped promptly via CanPar. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. for details on international shipping costs and expedited delivery.
Most products are ready to ship within one or two days of your order, however, certain custom manufactured products may take longer. When your order is received for custom made products you will be notified of the shipping date(s) by E-Mail.

Returns/Exchanges & Cancellations
We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with our products, If, for any reason, you are not happy with your Superior-Allied.com purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days (with a return authorization number) and we will promptly refund your money (excluding shipping and handling charges) or exchange it. Custom made, special order and sale items are not returnable

For prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise you must comply with these steps:

  1. Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Service Department by email at sales@superior-allied.com
  2. Write the RMA number clearly on all packages to be returned. If the number is not on your package it will not be accepted.
  3. In your package include a short explanation of why you are returning the item and a copy of the invoice or packing list so that we can properly credit your account. You will be credited for the return the same way you paid us-either by crediting your card account or by cheque.
  4. No credit will be issued for returns that are not packaged in original packing or have been altered or abused.
  5. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product
  6. All returns should be addressed to Superior-Allied, Returns dept, 625 Powell St Vancouver B.C. Canada V6A 3P9
Note: No credit will be issued until merchandise has been inspected. All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Superior-Allied
